We had a wasp nest behind the light fitting up in the roof space of my porch. I called Guardian Pest Management and they agreed to come around same day. Unfortunately I was out when they called but the treated the nest anyway and within 24 hours there were no signs of any wasps. Refreshing to deal with a good old fashioned honest company who you can trust.
